Positive Changes

So I did it... I made some positive changes for my family’s food health. Changed our oil to 100% olive oil, changed our flour to 100% stone ground Bob’s red mill wheat flour. Our salt was changed a few weeks ago to sea salt .our sour cream and butter is now real sour cream and butter, yummy. I bought no noodles and tons of veg /meat. We are working on our health J
